Paradox and hypocrisy of "Humanity is a Virus" posts
When you say "Humanity is a virus" do you really believe it or are you just trying to be cool
It seems that some people think it's cool to shun humanity as a whole and call humanity a virus, and corona virus (covid19) the cure. Some celebrities even post it on their social media accounts.
But the issue in that post is the poster is human themselves. So, what do they suggest by this kind of post? Humans should be exterminated? Genocide. 2nd, why not kill themself first, they are human after all. One less virus, right?
So a few things can be concluded by that, one or more of the following can therefore be true, and none of them are good
- The poster is high-roading and claiming to be a better human. "Humans are bad, except me because I said humans are bad"
- Hypocrisy - claims that the group he belongs to is a disease, but not doing anything to cure it can also be linked to cowardice
- Genocidal/Murderous - the logical goal for someone that thinks humanity is a disease is to cure it, cure it how? you don't ask viruses to be better, you kill it. No other way around it. Some people have this bitter mindset and act it out as a protest through their mass shooting often followed by killing themselves, like a period to the statement "Human lives doesn't matter, here, let me show you by taking my own"
The point I'd like to make is that you should be very very careful of your speech. If it roots from your bitter, immoral, side of your spirit. Stop and think it through, are these words the truth? Are these words like seeds that would thrive into a fruitful tree? Are they spoken with wisdom?
