Introduction to working as a Web Developer - Web Dev Internship
This is a series for my recruitment for a Web Dev Internship program I am starting but this is also available reading for everybody else. Enjoy.
As a junior web developer you can expect all kinds of task assigned to you but the giver of the task will choose the tasks based on your skill level.
Most, if not all tasks will be goal oriented. There is a goal behind it even when not directly said. It is most efficient to focus on this goal, but it is not a bad thing to add your own improvements.
You have to be courageous to try and achieve your goals and not be distracted and scared to try.
Whenever you disagree with the tasks given to you, you can try to voice out yourself but make sure you respect your superior's final decision.
